Ohio | Washington (Coming Soon)
Kenny Road Market (Columbus, OH)
One of the city’s best hidden secrets as well as a go-to place for most beer enthusiasts, Kenny Road Market won’t disappoint. While it’s since seen more competition spring up, most folks still know they can go there to choose from close to 600 bottles of beer, where the knowledgeable staff is always willing to help you out.
Weiland’s Market (Columbus, OH)
Weiland’s prides themselves on stocking 800 domestic, craft, and micro brews and 600 varieties of spirits. They often carry hard-to-find brews, and if you can’t find what you’re looking for they can do a special order. They offer beer tastings every Friday 3-7p, and every Saturday 11a-6:30p for just .50 a pour. They also carry local brews from Middle West Spirits, Watershed Distillery, Dancing Tree, Columbus Brewing Co. and Elevator Brewing Company. Their latest addition is growlers with eight rotating tap selections – you can purchase a 64-ounce or 32-ounce growler or bring your own.
*Just a note – I’m still working on compiling my lists for both this page and the Drink Beer page, there will be many more places on this list soon (because there are obviously many great places to buy craft beer!)
